Mrs. Doris Day

Mrs. Day is in her 27th year of teaching music in public schools, starting at Gadsden City, then teaching at Etowah Middle and High Schools for 14 years.  After returning to Gadsden City, she has enjoyed working in several elementary schools, including Mitchell, and also at Gadsden and Emma Sansom middle schools.  She has taught General Music, Musical Theatre, Music Appreciation, Beginning and Advanced Chorus, and Strings.  Mrs. Day is married to John Day, a supervisor at UPS.  She has three beautiful daughters. Megan and Erin are graduates of JSU and Sydney has completed her 2nd year at GSCC.
